Recognize regulations governing the operation of personal watercraft on all waterways. Demonstrate a working knowledge of personal watercraft safety. Identify the procedure of report filing for any personal watercraft incident. Understand the operations of a personal watercraft jet drive system. Must meet State fire training course prerequisites.
