EMLS 315LS — Advanced Academic Listening and Speaking
EMLS 315LS is a noncredit listening and speaking course for multilingual students who want to develop oral language skills at the advanced level. Students learn to comprehend sophisticated, authentic lectures, talks and reports and exchange complex information using effective, fluent and spontaneous spoken English on a variety of common academic topics. This course may be taken concurrently with other EMLS courses to strengthen student academic performance.
