AJ 291A — FTO Update
This course is designed to meet POST requirements for the continuing in-service training of designated field training officers (FTO). Topics include a review of contemporary learning methods, incorporating leadership principals into the field training process, ethical decision-making, professionalism, updates on content changes to the POST Regular Basic Course, trainee evaluation, remediation strategies, teaching skills demonstrations and legal updates.
