Discussion of body systems and functions including, but not limited to, cardiovascular, neurological, reproductive, gastrointestinal, endocrinology, genitourinary, sensory, hematological, and oncology/ neoplasia. Complex nursing care of the adult will be presented with a review of anatomy and physiology, therapeutic/modified diets, nutritional information as it is associated with the health of the client and pharmacological interventions for each body system addressed.
