PHT 2252C - Orthopedic Disabilities and Treatment Add to Personal Catalog PHT 2252C - Orthopedic Disabilities and Treatment College Required Grade: Pass with a C or better This combined lecture and laboratory course introduces the student to the basic orthopedic physical therapy management as well as therapeutic applications related to tissue injuries and healing, fractures, joint mobilization, and orthopedic congenital disorders. Emphasis will be placed on therapeutic exercise techniques and procedures of the upper extremity, lower extremity, and spine, as well as various techniques used for range of motion (ROM), stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, resistance training, and aerobic exercise.
