ORL 190 — Avalanche Technician Level I

This course is designed for aspiring professional guides, emergency response professionals, and recreational skiers and snow boarders who choose to spend time in avalanche terrain. Students will learn to evaluate snow pack stability, choose safe routes for winter travel, and respond to accidents involving avalanche.
