NURS 124 — Basic Medical Surgical Nursing Lab I
This course is the clinical laboratory for NURS 122: Basic Medical Surgical Nursing. The clinical experience will be based upon the theoretical and practical knowledge that the student has learned in Term I, along with the concurrent Basic Medical Surgical Nursing course. The students will be assigned patients with diagnoses of single system disorders commonly encountered in skilled nursing facility settings. Other patient clinical settings may be utilized depending on facility census, needs, and/or availability.
