NCA 032 — Taste of Italy

Provides students with an introduction to food from different regions of Italy. This course will cover the principles of proper sanitation and equipment use, and food production. Marinated and cooked meats, appetizers, soups and other classic and new classic Italian dishes. Class time will include lecture and work-based, practical learning experience.
