HES 136 — Speed, Agility And Conditioning

This course covers speed, agility, and conditioning as vital components of physical activity progression. This course is designed to help students train their proprioceptive senses, to learn and develop motor skills that enhance performance and prevent injury in their specific sport or activity. Activities for injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation will be discussed in order to encompass the athletic training field.
