ENVR 250 — Introduction to Aquaculture

This course introduces students to the techniques and methodologies used in fisheries including in earthen ponds and flow-through raceways. Lectures focus on history, theory, hatchery systems, site selection, water quality, feeding rates, and the economics of an aquaculture operation.
