ENVR 137 — Fruit Tree and Berry Production

This course will introduce students to fruits and berries that can be grown in the mountain environment. Selection of varietals, pruning techniques, grafting, harvesting and storage techniques will be explored. Field labs will include hands-on projects at local farms.
