EDUC 209 — Teacher Preparation IX Practicum
This is a practicum course for educators who work with migrant students, multilingual learners, and/or diverse learners that focuses on California State Standards and curriculum frameworks. In this course, studfents will learn about integrating educational technology. Students will develop an understanding of adapted resources, standards-aligned instructional materials, and a range of technology that supports student learning. This course focuses on using digital tools, providing equal access to these tools, and assuring that students are safe in their digital participation. The course emphasizes professional standards in education Teacher Performance Expectations: Understanding and Organizing Subject Matter for Student Learning (TPE 3.6, 3.7, 3.8).
