CPR 002 — Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Recertification

The American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Recertification course reviews core materials such as adult and pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag-valve-mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillation. Participants will be required to complete a combination of hands-on skills practice, skills testing, and written exam to successfully complete this course. This course is intended for currently certified healthcare providers such as EMS personnel, physician assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals who are required to recertify a current AHA BLS certification. YOUR CERTIFICATION MUST BE CURRENT AND NOT EXPIRED; PROOF WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ENTRANCE TO THE CLASS.
