ART 132 — Life Drawing I

This course introduces and explores basic figure drawing. Students will critically analyze, draw, and compose the draped and undraped figure in a representational manner with respect to line, tone, shape, and color. This course emphasizes building observational drawing skills, including contour, value, composition, gesture and expression.
