WELD 163 — Liquid Penetrant Testing Level I
Formal classroom training for Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Level I Certification. Introduction to liquid penetrant, processing, principles of PT inspection, PT equipment, and PT testing techniques. Hands-on practical experience using the PT method to detect natural and man-made defects in welds and raw materials which simulate typical industry inspection. Creation of field reports and use of proper terminology.
