WELD 161 — Visual Testing Level I

Formal classroom training for Visual Testing (VT) Level I Certification. Overview of the theory of light, principles of visual inspection, VT equipment, and VT testing techniques. Hands-on practical experience using the VT method to detect natural and man-made defects in welds and raw materials which simulate typical industry inspections. Creation of field reports and use of proper terminology.
