MATH 78 — Review Arith & Algebra
Self-paced review of arithmetic and algebra concepts in a computer-mediated lab setting. Intended as a review of arithmetic prior to enrolling in MATH 76 and/or a review of algebra concepts in order to improve mathematics course placement and pre-requisite knowledge and skills for entering MATH 76 , 86, 96, &107 or &146 or PHIL& 120 or . Upon demonstrating this knowledge, students are directly placed into MATH 76 , 86, 96, &107 or &146 or PHIL& 120 or . Topics concerning anxiety, study skills, and math course advising are also covered. May be repeated one time for credit.
