JR 77 — JR Introduction to Writing
Introduction to writing through developing knowledge of grammar, usage and sentence structure. Students learn to organize ideas logically, express opinions and provide supporting ideas. Students learn how to provide a concluding statement, do a short research project and take notes on information they have gathered. Students participate in class and small group discussions and explore further education opportunities. Enrollment approved for refugee/asylee students served through RISNW.
