BUS 200 — Principles of Management
Introduction to basic principles of good business management and the role that managers play within the American business system. The basic management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are discussed with a focus on ethical behavior by managers and their organizations. Contemporary and classical approaches to management will be contrasted along with an emphasis on effective communication, goal setting, hiring practices, and motivating employees.
