PHC 109 — Physical Fitness I (.5-3) (0,1)

(0, 1-6) This activity based course is designed to teach students the basic principles of fitness and wellness. The fitness center offers orientations on the proper use of the aerobic, Cybex strength training and free weight equipment as well as instruction on beginning an exercise program. This course does not have a scheduled class time; students may come in to work out any time the fitness center is open. This course is repeatable 3 times.
