ESL 014 — Low Intermediate ESL (.5-6) (.5,0)

(.5-6, 0) Low Intermediate ESL is for individuals who have a foundation in English grammar and vocabulary, and who demonstrate proficiency in expressing everyday needs. At this level, students will develop writing proficiency while increasing vocabulary as they complete authentic forms, write short notes, and compose short paragraphs. Students will develop critical reading skills with fiction and nonfiction texts. They will strengthen their oral communication skills through practice in a variety of contexts. This course is repeatable 3 times (1.9) Proficiency Credit Not Available Pass/No Credit Available.
