This course offers comprehensive physical training tailored to the demands of first responders, focusing on enhancing strength, endurance, and agility. Students will develop the necessary skills to excel in the first responder fitness test (e.g. POWER test), ensuring readiness for the physical challenges of their chosen profession. Through a combination of practical exercises and targeted instruction, participants will build confidence and capability for success in demanding emergency response roles. This course is repeatable three times. (1.2) Repeatable Text: Students may need to repeat content to be able to pass the first responder's fitness test (e.g. POWER test).
