ELC 121 — ELC 121
Reviews the code rules found in the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70, to ensure safe installation of electrical wiring and equipment. This cour se should be taken in the student’s last semester unless they are already a licensed electrician. (3 lec) Prerequisites: ELC 151 (ELEC 151) and ELC 171 (ELEC 171) or instructor permission. Students who have previously taken a 45- hour course in the National Electrical Code are eligible to take ELC 121 (ELEC 121).
