Explores the history, theory, and practices of Universal Design for Learning framework. Strategies for designing, evaluating, and improving classroom practices to reach diverse learners while supporting high levels of engagement and achievement are taught. Embracing the variability of classrooms and seeking to use these practices to create flexibility while maintaining rigor is emphasized. (3 lec.)
