SSE205 — Case Report Writing and Documentation

This course introduces students to the principles, concepts, techniques, and necessary skills to create and maintain case report records. Includes case report writing elements, report writing considerations, report content, ethical and legal issues, current trends in behavioral health case report writing, and cultural competence.
