OGL320 — Project Management

Study of project management concepts and methods as applied to organizational contexts. Topics include project selection and alignment with organizational strategy, project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project evaluation. Students will apply project management tools and techniques to case studies and team-based simulations.
