Study of analytical reasoning, decision-making models, and structured problem-solving methods in organizational contexts. Topics include logical reasoning, root cause analysis, systems thinking, quantitative and qualitative evaluation, cognitive bias, and ethical considerations in decision making. Students will apply analytical frameworks to real-world organizational problems.
