A study of methods and materials used in the teaching of choral and general music, PreK-12. The course addresses curriculum design with national and state music standards as well as performing, responding and creative assessments. Includes Dalcroze, Orff, and Kodly. Course experiences are highly participatory to facilitate improvement of musical and pedagogical skills.
