HHP310 — Biomechanics of Sport and Exercise

This course focuses on the study of forces and their effects on living systems. Specifically, sport and exercise biomechanics is the study of forces and their effects on humans in sport and exercise. Students will study two broad applications of sport and exercise biomechanics: performance improvement and injury prevention.

Prerequisites: BIO-160, BIO-201, BIO-202, HHP-278, PHY-107
