CJT/CRJ 2353 — DRUGS AND SOCIETY
This course is designed to introduce the student to the social reality of drug use and drug users. We will study the historical significance and social construction of drug use, users, abuse and addiction. Additionally, the course focuses on drug use and abuse as a social--rather than as a medical or psychopathological--phenomenon. Three Hours Lecture.
