OTA 290 - Level II Fieldwork A OTA 290 - Level II Fieldwork A Hours: 8 Full-time clinical fieldwork experience in mental health, physical disabilities, geriatric, pediatric and/or community based practice working under the supervision of an OTR and/or COTA. Focus is on achieving entry-level competence in planning and implementing interventions. A grade of C or better and a minimum GPA of 2.5 in all OTA courses. Corequisite: OTA 295
