HVC 295 - HVAC Capstone HVC 295 - HVAC Capstone Hours: 2 Students will study the principles of customer services and learn effective techniques for communicating with customers, employers , and coworkers. Students will also develop a resume and cover letter, as well as practicing interview techniques. This course is a capstone course. Students enrolling in this course should be in their last semester and have completed their program courses with a “C” or better. Prerequisite/Corequisite: HVC 204 HVC 205 HVC 206 Yearly Cycle: Spring
