COL 121 - Health and Wellness COL 121 - Health and Wellness Hours: 2 This course will allow students to learn how to ensure they are working towards a healthy approach to life both physically and mentally. This course enables students to deal more effectively with health problems faced during the college experience, and subsequently throughout life. These issues may include: stress, nutrition, weight management, mental health, illnesses, drug and alcohol usage, sexuality, diseases, and injuries.
