CIS 124 - Programming Logic and Design CIS 124 - Programming Logic and Design Hours: 3 This is an introductory course in computer programming logic and design. The student will learn concepts applicable to all programming languages, including: syntax, data types, arrays, control structures, value-returning functions, input/output techniques, validations, and flowcharting concepts. Program logic will be developed using flowcharts and pseudocode. Basic concepts of object-oriented programming are also introduced. in addition to programming, the critical thinking and problem-solving skills developed in this course are essential to success in course and career areas of CIS such as systems design, analysis, and support.
