Introduces air travel terminology and documentation procedures including fares, tariffs, reservations, e-ticketing, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) operation. Examines the interrelationships of accommodations, car rentals, ground handlers, rail travel, air travel, and tours. (2 lecture hours, 4 lab hours)
