Laws regulating training requirements for the Hazardous Materials Technician A as set forth by Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Identifies a hazardous material incident, determines the magnitude of the problem, identifies and interprets hazard response information through the use of monitoring equipment.
