ART 2278 — Relief Printmaking 3 Credit Hours

An introduction to relief printing processes. Topics include the use of both linocut and woodcut blocks; single block, multi-block, and reduction block methods; and printing by hand and press in creating editions of fine art prints. Emphasis is placed upon the creative use of these printmaking techniques. (6 lab hours)
