ANAT 1552 — Human Anatomy and Physiology II 4 Credit Hours

Continuation of the study of the structure and function of the human body and the mechanisms for maintaining homeostasis within it. The endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems, as well as the concepts of development, metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance, and acid-base balance are included. Course is intended to be an alternative to ANAT 1572 ; credit toward graduation will be granted for ANAT 1552 or ANAT 1572 but not for both. (3 lecture hours, 3 lab hours)
