The Heat Pumps Certificate offers students the opportunity to learn the academic, occupational, communication, and technical training skills needed by entry level technicians in the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. All weather heating and cooling systems, better known as heat pumps, are a specialized cost saving device typically found in commercial buildings that are now becoming more commonplace in residential buildings.
