This course is an introduction to the research methodology utilized in the social sciences. This survey of contemporary approaches for study designs and research techniques will include theory development, application of methods, and the systematic nature of data collection. The major qualitative and quantitative research designs and methods such as observation, surveys, experimentation, and correlation will be addressed. This course is offered in the Spring semester.
