This counseling course introduces students to multicultural counseling and skills used to support diverse populations in the substance abuse treatment environment. This course surveys the history and experiences of many populations and provides current intervention modalities. This course can be taken concurrently with HSAD-001, if HSAD-001 not previously completed.
