Complaint procedure
Delta College’s student complaint procedure outlines how to resolve general concerns informally or formally. Students are encouraged to first seek informal resolution, then submit a formal written complaint if needed. The college commits to resolving complaints within 30 days, with an appeal process available if the student is dissatisfied with the outcome.
