Includes techniques for implementing effective Continuity of Operations plans, existing and emerging legislative requirements governing the implementation of continuity programs, and the differences between public and private sector continuity programs. Disaster preparedness and trains and organizes teams of volunteers that can support their communities during disasters to include: basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, and disaster medical operations.
