CDEC1017 — CDA Training I
Based on the requirements for the Child Development Associate credential (CDA). Topics include CDA overview, observation skills, and child growth and development. The four functional areas of study are creative, cognitive, physical, and communication. The course will also focus on the four CDA subject areas: advancing children's physical and intellectual development, maintaining a commitment to professionalism, observing and recording children's behavior, and understanding the principles of child development and learning.
