HLT 130 - Nutrition and Diet Therapy HLT 130 - Nutrition and Diet Therapy Studies nutrients, sources, functions, and requirements with an introduction to diet therapy. This course applies to career/technical education (CTE) programs. HLT 230 serves both transfer and CTE programs. Students must complete EDE 10 or have equivalent placement before taking this course.
