KIN 156BC — Fitness for the First Responder Intermediate 1 Unit

Term hours: 54 Laboratory. Designed to support those students and active professionals in the emergency response disciplines. An intermediate approach to physical aspects of first response including aerobic and anaerobic training, core, strength, and strength endurance work. Injury prevention, real world shift work considerations and basic nutrition will also be addressed. Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option.(CSU/UC, AA GE)
