KIN 143 — C Strength Training (formerly PE 159 C) 1 Unit

Formerly PE 159 C Term hours: 54 laboratory. This class is designed to individualized instruction and supervision of students with individualized strength training programs using Life Fitness, Universal and Olympic weights. It is for men and women of all ages who are interested in muscle toning, muscle rehabilitation, and/or weight redistribution. Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option. (UC/Credit Limitation/CSU, AA GE).
