HIST 110HC — Honors Western Civilizations I 3 Units
Term hours: 54 lecture. This course is an enhanced comprehensive study of the contributions of previous civilizations from prehistoric times to the beginning of the modern era. The development of the present day Western mind and institutions is traced by analyzing the beliefs, myths, accomplishments and problems of the civilizations of Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece, Rome, the Medieval Period, Renaissance and Reformation.
