ATC 126 — C Travel Management 3 Units
Term hours: 54 lecture. This course is a study of management practices in the airline and travel/tourism industries, including ARC requirements, location and staffing, sales reports and agency accounting. Travel markets, product lines, marketing techniques, advertising, and promotions are explored. Techniques for personal and telephone selling and guidelines for handling job stress, sales, and client crises are included. Students will learn supervisory and leadership strategies. (CSU)
