ART 146 — C Beginning Sculpture (formerly ART 149 C) 3 Units
Formerly ART 149 C. Term hours: 36 lecture and 72 laboratory. Introduction to three-dimensional sculptural principles, techniques, and concepts utilizing a wide range of materials and practices. Course explores both digital media techniques and traditional studio techniques. Various sculpture methods are practiced with attention to creative self-expression and historical context. Combines lecture, demonstrations, and critique with hands-on exploration in problem solving. (UC/CSU).
